Falsifying your age for the purpose of purchasing products from this web site is illegal and is punishable by law. Purchasing items on behalf of a minor is prohibited and punishable by law and future restrictions on our website.
- We reserve the right to request for additional identification such as state identification card or passport. The name on the order must match the name on the I.D.
- By shopping our store, you are confirming you are of legal smoking age in the jurisdiction that you reside (21+ in the U.S. in accordance to Federal Law).
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
- Shipping Proccess
We process orders Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm CST excluding major U.S holidays (Closed on Weekends). Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Delays are currently pushing normal processing times to a range of 3-5 business days. If you have not received tracking by the 5th business day, please contact support for an update. During holidays and sales events, processing times may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping time estimates begin once the packaged order has left our facility, it does not include processing time. If you chose 5-7 day shipping the following timeline applies. (ex. 1-2 days processing 5-7 business days shipping = possibly 6-9 business days before delivered)
- Return & Exchanges
PLEASE READ THE RETURN POLICY THOROUGHLY BEFORE REQUESTING ANY RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
- *All customer service & support tickets for defects, missing, and incorrect items require photos and in some cases, video evidence. You will need to submit photo/video clearly displaying the items and/or issues. You will be able to send these after our first reply. Please do not discard items until we notify you, or we will not be able to process the return/exchange.
- Final sale, Clearance or Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Unfortunately the following are final sale items and are unable to be tested for defects due to health, safety, and legal reasons; we are unable to accept them as returns. Due to the sensitive nature of their design, and that we are unable to test for defects due to obvious health and safety reasons we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
